Sometimes life is just difficult. There are so many different things we go through that make us wonder if we will make it through, or how long this trial will last. We are faced with situations in our life we don’t understand.  Sometimes this includes making the right decision even when it’s not easy. It’s easy to get caught up in the moment and feel like no one understands our situation or struggles.  When I’m in these situations it seems like Jesus is always pointing me to the cross.

If anyone had a tough journey I would believe if would be Jesus.  Here is a man that is perfect, yet He was faced with the same type of trials and temptations we are faced with.  I believe the hardest part of the life of Jesus would have been obeying God and dying an unbearable death for our sins when He was perfect.  He was sent to die not just our past sins, but our present and future sins.

The next time you face a difficult situation in your life stop and look to the cross.  Remembering how much Jesus loves you and how He always has our best interest at heart.
